Founding Story
Taking the step towards change
Co-founder and CEO Tue Rossell had spent over a decade working with crew management and knew first-hand that crew planning at most shipping companies typically involved almost no actual planning. Without the tools to help them proactively meet company goals, crew managers are doing little more than filling rota gaps. Tue took the issue to Qampo co-founder and CEO, Ali Khatam, and the idea for Konsius began taking shape.
